These guys are great. The service was efficient, the tech was friendly and my floors look fantastic. Best of all, no one tried to upsell me, claim that I had more square footage or anything. I was surprised and delighted when my invoice from Carpet Monkeys was the exact same as their estimate. This was a much better experience than the other floor cleaning company I tried. They were real zeros (get it?). 10/10 for Carpet Monkeys. Would recommend.
The two gentlemen arrived promptly and got right to work. The carpets had NEVER been cleaned, only vacuumed, and I wasn’t all that hopeful. They looked pretty great when all was said and done. I would recommend the carpet monkeys and they would be the first I would call next time I needed carpets cleaned.
I had a great experience with Carpet Monkey! I requested a quote through Yelp and they responded quickly. Scheduling was seamless and Lee did a fantastic job! He was prompt and professional. He worked efficiently and answered all of my questions. My home feels so fresh and clean now! I like that the deodorizer/pet enzyme was included in the carpet cleaning as the previous owners had cats. No more pet smell! I highly recommend Carpet Monkey and will use them again in the future.
